PURPOSES:

Applicants or contacts who fill in a contact web form or request for an estimate, and tick the corresponding box, expressly consent and authorize the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of maintaining the relationship of mediation and professional advice for the coverage of the risks to be insured, including the corresponding profile analysis, as well as to manage the contracting of insurance policies and the monitoring of their execution, compliance and incidents that occur, and financial advice, including profile analysis. The personal data will be kept for the legal prescription periods (five years from the customer’s cancellation in general or a period of ten years from the completion of the life or investment proposal). Prior to the conclusion of the contract: to offer them independent, professional and impartial advice, and to provide such data to the insurance or reinsurance entity with which the corresponding contract is to be concluded.

After the contract is concluded, to provide the policyholder, the insured and the beneficiary of the insurance with the information they require on any of the clauses of the policy and, in the event of a claim, to provide them with assistance and advice

All other purposes have a legitimate basis in your consent, both those of the contract you sign with this Brokerage Firm and the policy(ies) that may be formalized. Likewise, your consent is the basis of the advertising treatments that you authorize, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditions the execution of the Mediation contract.

RECIPIENTS:

Personal data will only be communicated to third parties in order to comply with legal obligations, for example to the tax authorities, or to insurance companies, underwriting agencies or other brokers to the extent necessary for insurance quotations, policy underwriting or execution.
